The website provides information and online booking services for Local Accommodation and holiday-home rentals.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and bookings and payments made through it.By making a booking, the customer acknowledges the information concerning the accommodation, price, selected dates and applicable booking conditions.
3. Accommodation information
Reasonable efforts are made to ensure that descriptions, photographs, facilities, availability and prices are accurate and up to date.Changes or material errors may nevertheless occur. If an error affecting an existing booking is identified, the customer will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Online bookings
The customer must select the accommodation and stay dates and provide the information required to complete the booking.Before completing the booking, the customer is responsible for checking the information entered, selected dates, accommodation and price.Bookings are subject to actual availability and successful completion of payment.
5. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website when the booking is made, without prejudice to the correction of obvious errors.The total amount payable for the selected stay will be presented before the booking is completed.Any additional services not expressly included in the booking price will be separately identified where applicable.
6. Payment
Online bookings require payment of 100% of the total booking amount.Online payments are processed through PrestaShop Checkout built with PayPal, using the payment methods made available through that service.Payment processing may also be subject to the payment service provider's own terms and conditions.
7. Booking confirmation
The booking is considered completed following successful payment and confirmation by the system, without prejudice to the correction of exceptional situations involving unavailability or duplicate bookings.Customers should retain their booking confirmation and related documentation.If confirmation is not received after payment, please contact:

8. Cancellations and refunds
Bookings relate to accommodation services for specific dates or periods.Following booking confirmation and payment, no refund is normally provided where the booking is cancelled by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed between the parties.If the accommodation cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the accommodation provider, including exceptional unavailability or a duplicate booking through an external booking platform, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid for the booking that cannot be fulfilled.Where technically possible, refunds will be made using the original payment method.
9. Check-in and check-out
Unless otherwise agreed in advance:Check-in: from 15:00 to 19:30.
Check-out: from 08:00 to 11:00.Customers should communicate in advance any circumstances that may affect their expected arrival time.
10. Security deposit
No security deposit is required for bookings made through the website.This does not affect any liability the guest may have under applicable law for damage for which the guest is responsible during the stay.
11. Use of the accommodation
Guests must use the accommodation responsibly and respect its capacity, facilities, equipment, neighbours and applicable house rules.Guests must comply with the applicable safety, quiet-hours and noise requirements.
12. Personal data
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current information during the booking process.Personal data processing is described in the website's Privacy Policy.
13. Cookies and external services
The website may use cookies necessary for its operation and, subject to consent where required, optional cookies and external services.The website may also incorporate content from YouTube and Google Maps.Please see the Cookie Policy for further information.
14. Intellectual property
Website texts, photographs, images, graphics, logos and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation unless otherwise stated.Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use is prohibited except where permitted by law.

Continuous or error-free availability of the website cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security, updates or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
